Its delicate, softly fruity and floral flavour is as vibrant as its magenta colour.

It pairs nicely with cheeses such as brie, goat cheese and cheddar. Spread over your toast or sourdough. Drizzle some in your smoothies, parfaits, plain yogurt and kefirs. Basically anything from pancakes, biscuits, croissants. Chutney sauces, ribs, and other meats. Makes a wonderful sweetener for a cup of tea, plus it adds another depth of flavor as well as its medicinal properties.
