Raw honey hosts a ton of benefits & has been used traditionally as a cough suppressant, for soothing throat irritation & to fight seasonal allergies. Infusing it with elderberries gives it its purple colour & an EXTRA powerful punch! Not to mention, it’s delicious!!
Now don’t forget this is to be treated as a medicinal product. So no need to overindulge. Simply eat it straight off the teaspoon or spread some over your sourdough/toast.
DO NOT heat it or put it in hot water over 40 C as it will destroy the honeys beneficial properties.
